By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 8eff platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 8eff platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under a family member's name at the same residential address with the same payment method — may be treated as multiple accounts and are subject to suspension. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided, and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
8eff is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents:
Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by 8eff may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All 8eff accounts for Pakistani players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. 8eff does not offer multi-currency accounts; any currency conversion costs associated with international payment methods are borne by the player.
You may request the closure of your 8eff account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing your account, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal procedures. Pending bonuses and any bonus-derived balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be removed.
An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 8eff reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to such accounts after providing prior written notice to the registered email address. The dormancy fee will not reduce a player's balance below zero.
8eff supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank transfers, Raast instant payments, and 1LINK. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts, along with processing timelines, are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
Deposits are credited to your 8eff account balance in real time in the majority of cases. In circumstances where a deposit is delayed due to banking or payment gateway issues, 8eff support should be contacted with proof of the transaction. 8eff will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network outages outside of its direct control.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
8eff strictly prohibits the use of payment methods belonging to a third party. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned to the source account and the associated 8eff account may be suspended pending investigation.
8eff offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a conflict exists between general bonus terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and contribution rates for each game type are set out in the individual promotion terms. Wagers placed on games that carry a game contribution rate of 0% do not count towards bonus wagering requirements.
8eff operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to wagering requirements at the point of expiry will be automatically removed from your account balance.
8eff reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications do not materially and adversely affect the position of players who have already opted into that promotion and begun wagering.
The availability of specific games on the 8eff platform — including cricket betting markets, live casino tables, slot titles, Teen Patti variants, and Dragon Fishing — may change from time to time at 8eff's discretion or due to constraints imposed by third-party game providers. 8eff gives no guarantee that any specific game or betting market will remain permanently available.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 8eff reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a provable technical error are not payable and will be voided. 8eff is not liable for any losses suffered by a player as a result of a technical malfunction beyond the return of the original stake.
Cricket betting on 8eff — covering PSL, international Tests, T20Is, ODIs, and other competitions — is subject to specific betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. In circumstances where a match is abandoned, interrupted, or its result is affected by an event outside the normal course of play, 8eff's trading team will settle bets in accordance with the published cricket betting rules, which take precedence over these general Terms for matters specific to sports betting settlement.
Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers whose own game rules apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between a live dealer result and a result displayed on the 8eff platform interface, the result recorded in the game provider's server logs shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes.

Unauthorised use of 8eff's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8eff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
8eff's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by 8eff's negligence.
In the first instance, any dispute or complaint regarding your 8eff account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other platform matter should be raised with 8eff's customer support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered by the customer support team, you may escalate your complaint by requesting a review by 8eff's Compliance team. Escalated complaints will receive a written response within 10 business days. 8eff's decision at the escalation stage is final and binding for all matters relating to platform operations, game outcomes, and bonus-related disputes.
Any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet must be raised within 30 days of the game or bet in question being settled. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. Game outcome disputes will be resolved by reference to the relevant game server logs, which constitute the definitive record of all game activity on the 8eff platform.
8eff reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect. Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — may be published without advance notice.
Your continued use of the 8eff platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8eff is incorporated. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws applicable in your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
